Exit
Occupants frequently use exits to progress throughout the building and to leave the building. These exits must be signalled, to avoid leaving occupants lost or confused. Installing exit signs is vital for visitors who are likely to be unfamiliar with the building. During an emergency evacuation, exit signs connect these frequently used exits, to the means of escape and the final exit especially. JALITE photoluminescent exit signs allow evacuees to exit or escape, in all lighting conditions. Evacuees can confidently progress through the building with JALITE exit signs, which are designed to conform to the graphical symbol of the running man in BS EN ISO 7010. Our exit signs also have additional supplementary arrow as per BS 5499-4 and are characterised by the safety green colour to signal ‘safe condition’ to occupants as specified in BS ISO 3864-1.
